BAM Weekend 2010 will be held Friday August 6th and Saturday, August 7th. Featuring a NEW EASIER 2-LAP RUN COURSE...check it out, the BAM Full has a 2-lap run and BAM Lite a 1-Lap. Also...NEW TIME SLOTS for the BAM Trail Run & BAM-X, with the trail run moving to Saturday night and the BAM-X to Friday night!

    BAM TRIATHLON FULL OR LITE INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

      1st Deadline - Until 12/31/2009: $89
      2nd Deadline - 1/1 to 8/4/10 (or race fill): $99
      Late On-Site Registration (if not full) - 8/6/10: $110



      * BAM FULL DISTANCE (2010 Rocky Mountain Region USAT Age Group Nationals Special Qualifier): The BAM Full consists of a 1500 meter swim, 22 mile bike, & a 6.3 mile run (2 loop run).
      * BAM LITE DISTANCE: The BAM Lite consists of a 750 meter swim, 22 mile bike, & a 3.6 mile run (shortened swim & run portions). The BAM Lite bike is the same distance (22 miles) as the full BAM Tri distance.
      * MILITARY DISCOUNT: All active or reserve U.S. Military personnel are eligible for a $10 registration discount at sign-up. A valid CAC (Common Access Card) or pay stub must be shown at packet pickup to verify this discount.
      * CHALLENGED ATHLETES DISCOUNT: CAF (Challenged Athletes Foundation) athletes and non-sponsored challenged athletes are eligible for a $10 registration discount at sign-up.

    BAM TRIATHLON FULL OR LITE RELAY'S (2 OR 3-PERSON) ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

      1st Deadline - Until 12/31/2009: $139 for 2 person, $189 for 3 person
      2nd Deadline - 1/1/ to 8/4/10 (or race fill): $149 for 2 person, $199 for 3 person
      Late On-Site Registration (if not full) - 8/6/10: $160 for 2 person, $210 for 3 person



      * RELAY INFORMATION: Relay's are for the FULL or LITE distance. There will be a All-Male, a All-Female & a Mixed gender categories for both the BAM Full & BAM Lite Relay's. Awards will go to top relay team in each category. Every athlete will receive a finishers award. There are no Military or Challenged Athlete discounts for relays.

    BAM-X OFF-ROAD DUATHLON INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

      1st Deadline - Until 12/31/2009: $79

      * REGISTRATION: Overall awards given to top 3 male & females in the open BAM-X Duathlon (no age-group awards given). In the Doggie "Doo"athlon category, overall awards will be given to top male finisher (& dog), top female finisher (& dog). Every athlete will receive a finishers award.
      * MILITARY DISCOUNT: All active or reserve U.S. Military personnel are eligible for a $10 registration discount at sign-up. A valid CAC (Common Access Card) or pay stub must be shown at packet pickup to verify this discount.

      * RELAY INFORMATION: Relay teams must consist of 2 members. The top relay team in the open BAM-X will receive an award. Every athlete will receive a finishers award. There are no Military or Challenged Athlete discounts for relay team.

    BAM 10K TRAIL RUN & 5K FUN RUN/WALK ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

      1st Deadline - Until 12/31/2009: $29
      2nd Deadline - 1/1 to 8/4/10: $39

      * 10K TRAIL RACE INFORMATION: Awards go to top 3 male & top 3 females overall (no age group awards). Every athlete will receive a finishers award. Those athletes who register after May 13th are not guaranteed their choice of t-shirt size. In addition to Fri. packet pickup, Trail Run athletes may also pickup their packets race day, Saturday (4:45-5:45PM) at Soldier Hollow.
      * 5K FUN TRAIL FUN RUN/WALK INFORMATION: The 5K is a non-competitve trail run/walk, as such no overall or age-group awards will be presented. Every athlete will receive a finishers award. Those athletes who register after May 13th are not guaranteed their choice of t-shirt size. In addition to Fri. packet pickup, Trail Run athletes may also pickup their packets race day, Saturday (4:45-5:45PM) at Soldier Hollow.

    BAM "BAD ASS" ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

      * BAM "BAD ASS" REGISTRATION INFO: The BAM "Bad Ass" is a category for those athletes that want to compete in all 3 of the main BAM events, the BAM 10K Trail Run, the BAM Tri (full distance only) and the BAM-X Off Road Duathlon. BAM "Bad Ass" awards will be given to those athletes who finish all three races.

      * KID'S RACE INFORMATION: Children must be 12 or younger. Each child will receive a BAM Kid's Fun Run visor and a finishers medal, along with drinks and refreshments at the finish line. Parent's are allowed to run with their children. We will accept registrations right up until 30min prior to race start.

    BAM WHAT YOU GET/AWARDS:
    Every BAM Athlete (10K Trail Run, 5K Fun Run/Walk, Triathlon Full & Lite and Off-Road Duathlon) will each receive the following items. BAM Bad Ass competitors will receive 3 different finisher visors, and a special BAM Bad Ass shirt:

Registration for BASH 2010 is now open! Online registration through active.com will be available until 11:59PM on 1/14/10...after that point late on-site registration will be available day of race. Cash, check or credit card will be accepted at late day of race registration.
