Registration for BAM 2009 is now open on Active.com!!!. Online registration will remain open until the race fills at 1,000 athletes or until end of day Tuesday, June 9th. Late registration will be available at packet pickup Wed. June 10th at Wasatch Running Center and again on Friday, June 12th at Soldier Hollow.

BAM TRIATHLON INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

    * ELITE RACE: There will only be an Elite Category in the full distance BAM Triathlon, no Elite Category or prize purse will be offered in the BAM Lite Triathlon. A complete breakdown of the Elite prize purse is listed at the very end of this page. Every athlete will receive a finishers award.
    * MILITARY DISCOUNT: All active or reserve U.S. Military personnel are eligible for a $10 registration discount at sign-up. A valid CAC (Common Access Card) or pay stub must be shown at packet pickup to verify this discount.
    * CHALLENGED ATHLETES DISCOUNT: CAF (Challenged Athletes Foundation) athletes and non-sponsored challenged athletes are eligible for a $10 registration discount at sign-up.

BAM TRI RELAY'S (2 OR 3-PERSON) ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

    1st Deadline - Until 12/31/2008: $139 for 2 person, $189 for 3 person
    2nd Deadline - 1/1/ to 6/9/09 (or race fill): $149 for 2 person, $199 for 3 person
    Late On-Site Registration (if not full) - 6/10 or 6/12: $160 for 2 person, $210 for 3 person



    * RELAY INFORMATION: Relay's are for the full distance only, no BAM Lite relays. No Elite category in relay's. Relay teams may consist of 2 or 3 members. There will be a All-Male, a All-Female & a Mixed gender category. Awards will go to top relay team in each category. Every athlete will receive a finishers award. There are no Military or Challenged Athlete discounts for relays.

BAM LITE TRI (NEW SHORT DISTANCE) INDIVIDUAL ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

    * BAM LITE: The BAM Lite consists of a 750 meter swim, 22 mile bike, & a 3.4 mile run (shortened swim & run portions). The BAM Lite bike is the same distance (22 miles) as the full BAM Tri distance.
    * NO ELITE OR RELAY CATEGORIES: There will be no Elite Category or prize purse in the BAM Lite Triathlon. There are also no relay teams for the BAM Lite, Relay's are only for the BAM Tri (full distance).

    * REGISTRATION: Overall awards given to top 3 male & females in the open BAM-X Duathlon (no age-group awards given). In the Doggie "Doo"athlon category, overall awards will be given to top male finisher (& dog), top female finisher (& dog). Every athlete will receive a finishers award...even Fido! In addition to Wed. and Fri. packet pickup options, BAM-X athletes may also pickup their packets race day, Sat. June 13th (3-4:30PM) at Soldier Hollow.

    * RELAY INFORMATION: Relay teams must consist of 2 members. The top relay team in the open BAM-X as well as in the Doggie "Doo" will receive an award.     * BAM "BITE THE BULLET" REGISTRATION INFO: The BAM "Bite the Bullet" is a category for those athletes that want to compete in both the BAM Tri (full distance only) and the BAM-X Off Road Duathlon (open or doggie). BAM "Bite the Bullet" awards will be given to those athletes who finish both races.

    * BAM "BAD ASS" REGISTRATION INFO: The BAM "Bad Ass" is a category for those athletes that want to compete in all 3 of the main BAM events, the BAM 9K Trail Run, the BAM Tri (full distance only) and the BAM-X Off Road Duathlon (open or doggie). BAM "Bad Ass" awards will be given to those athletes who finish all three races.

BAM KID'S FUN RUN ENTRY FEES & DEADLINES

    * KID'S RACE INFORMATION: Children must be 12 or younger. Each child will receive a BAM Kid's Fun Run T-Shirt and a finishers medal, along with drinks and refreshments at the finish line. Parent's are allowed to run with their children. We will accept registrations right up until 30min prior to race start. Those children who register after May 31st are not guaranteed a t-shirt size of their choice. Athletes can pick up their packets Wed. June 10th (5-8PM) at Wasatch Running Center or Fri. June 12th (2-4:30PM) at Soldier Hollow. Race starts at 5PM.

THE BATTLE @ SOLDIER HOLLOW (BASH) WINTER TRI - 2009 DATE TBA
Registration for BASH 2009 will opening soon! Registration will be available online through active.com for the event. There will be individual and 2 or 3 person relay categories (mixed gender, all male or all female categories) available at BASH 2008. See the race information page for full details on BASH. Registration will close on February 23rd at 9:30AM. Onsite registration will be allowed on the day of the race up until that 9:30AM cutoff time.
